Hey Reader,
I’m trying something new with my emails — something quick, personal, and packed with value.
Each week, I’ll be sending you a WOW: Work Less. Optimize. What’s On?
It’s a peek behind the curtain at what I’m working on, a simple tip to help you streamline your systems and something I’m loving right now — whether that’s a podcast, a playlist, or a behind-the-scenes share.
Let’s get into it.👇

W - WORK LESS:
Ever booked something and immediately second-guessed your decision because the silence was deafening?
That’s exactly what happened when I hired my first business coach. I paid thousands, signed the contract… and then? Crickets. No welcome email. No “here’s what’s next.” Just me, wondering if I’d just been scammed.
Spoiler alert: I hadn’t. She was amazing. But the rocky start could’ve been avoided with a simple, automated onboarding email.
Your onboarding process is your client’s first real inside look at your business — and a golden opportunity to show them they made the right choice. ✨
In this week’s blog post, I’m breaking down:
- What to include in your onboarding email (with a free template!)
- When to collect info (and how to avoid chasing it down later)
- How to automate it all with Dubsado or HoneyBook

O - OPTIMIZE
Tech Tip of the Week: Use your CRM to schedule form follow-ups automatically.
Here’s why this matters: If someone forgets to fill out your questionnaire (because… life), you don’t have to remember to nudge them. Just add a delay + conditional action in Dubsado or HoneyBook.
Example:
- 3 days after form is not completed
- Action: Send email, you can start off with a super simple, just making sure you got this email, and get more serious if it isn't filled out in a certain amount of time.
Boom. No more “Just checking in…” emails clogging your brain or your outbox.

W - WHAT'S ON:
🎧 I’ve been binge-listening to Systemize Your Life with Chelsi Jo while I'm out walking the dogs. Right now she’s running a Summer Rewind series, and this one had so many amazing take aways: “How I kept a clean home and ran a consistent business for 6 years straight.”
Between annual training, summer chaos, camping weekends, and dreaming about transforming my backyard into a cozy hangout (instead of a jungle I ignore)… this episode felt so real.
